Returns

Due to the fact that soap is a personal product, we do not accept any returns - even if the product is unopened. This decision is due to the fact that we will not resell any unopened items once they have been out of our possession. We have this policy in place to protect not only ourselves, but our customers as well.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.

In an effort to keep up with production and orders and better serve my customers, shipping days are Fridays and Saturdays exclusively. If an order is placed on either of these days, it will be shipped the following week. Thank you for your understanding.
